Urlazh, a Shanghai-based fashion label by designer Jini Shi, sought to launch in the competitive U.S. market with a headquarters in New York City. Known for her quirky, high-fashion aesthetic cultivated on Instagram, Jini needed a launch plan that preserved the brand’s artistic spirit while delivering a commercially viable sales and marketing infrastructure.

We led the digital and market entry strategy from end to end, including e-commerce design and deployment, paid marketing, social media rollout, and in-person retail activation. The goal was to build a brand presence from the ground up that was both expressive and revenue-generating.
