Elevating Plant Vault’s Marketing & E-Commerce Performance

 

Challenge

Plant Vault needed to strengthen their marketing efforts and streamline their e-commerce platform to increase customer spend and improve conversion rates. While already operating across multiple channels, their website’s checkout experience lacked optimized features to maximize cart value. Additionally, they wanted to expand advertising beyond organic reach and bolster their wholesale business growth.


Our Approach

Our team stepped in to build a more robust, integrated marketing initiative. We enhanced their multi-channel operation by refining digital campaigns and streamlining the website checkout process. Key optimizations included:


  • Implementing in-cart add-on recommendations to suggest complementary products during checkout
  • Defining strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value
  • Introducing in-cart promotions such as “buy more, save more” offers, encouraging customers to spend more

On the advertising front, we launched targeted Meta ad campaigns with a laser focus on the affluent rare plant buyer demographic in the Upper Crest area. Our approach combined:


  • Acquiring new visitors through precise audience targeting
  • Retargeting recent site visitors, especially those who hadn’t returned within 7 days but had shopped in the last 30 days

These efforts drove consistent ROAS averaging between 3:1 and 4:1, a strong indicator of campaign efficiency and profitability.
