Flux Media offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Paid media campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
   
• Ecommerce and lead generation marketing
   
• Creative strategy and performance consulting
   
• CRO and analytics reporting
   

Custom services may be provided as agreed in writing via service agreements or proposals.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Misuse the Site by introducing viruses or harmful code
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
   
• Copy, duplicate, or distribute our content without permission
   

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on the Site are owned by or licensed to Flux Media and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use them without express written consent.

All fees for services are agreed upon in writing and invoiced accordingly. Payment terms are typically net 15 or 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service suspension.

To ensure success in engagements, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to assets, platforms, and information
   
• Review and approve deliverables promptly
   
• Maintain accurate billing and contact information
   

Our Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that marketing results will meet specific expectations, though we make every effort to optimize performance based on best practices and data.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Flux Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or Site, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
